I offer an initial consultation session at a reduced fee to see how it might feel for us to work together. At this meeting we may discuss what brings you to therapy, what you might hope to change, need support with, or any anxieties you hold around the idea of coming to counselling. I usually suggest to take a few days to think about how this session impacts you and, if it feels right to work together, we can arrange how to proceed. 
I offer both open-ended and short-term therapy. If you would prefer the latter, six sessions is usually a good place to start.


The sessions take place at the same time each week. Sometimes less frequent session can be considered. If you need to change the time for any reason we can discuss this up to 48 hours prior to the session and try to re-arrange for the same week. If this is not possible, the session is charged at the full agreed rate.
