Counselling can offer a supportive space to help manage something difficult or help to see things differently. I offer a confidential environment in which to explore, at your pace, the difficulties you may be facing at this time. I’m an integrative transpersonal counsellor and work relationally, meaning that the heart of the work is a respectful therapeutic relationship with my clients.
I hope that you will feel free to contact me if anything is left unanswered from my website. Each therapeutic encounter is unique and my training has taught me to draw on different branches of psychotherapeutic theories. An integrative approach encourages us to be curious about the past but also hope to find a place for imagination, the here and now and the possibility of new ideas and positive change.
